We take you to the most authentic dance halls, from the backstreet social clubs of the oldtime milongueros to the fashionable salons of the tango's rebirth.
We interact with many of the tango's legends -- the groundbreaking dancers who have lived the tango since the Golden Age of the 40's and 50's. They teach us the secrets of their art, and share their life stories with us in intimate discussions. We encounter tango's young blood, the brilliant new generation, in master classes, dramatic performances and our own private parties. Our longtime staff of skilled younger dancers are our guides and partners, in class during the day and in the nightworld of the milongas.
